Just ate a big bowl of ice cream… But it’s okay cus I just started this new lifestyle and its not going to happen over night … However the rest of the day was good. Small bowl of honey bunches of oats raisin medley then lunch was a ham and turkey from subway and then dinner was a small potato broccoli and grilled chicken seasoned with just salt and pepper
good god
